I’ve been seeing Dr. Kirunda for several years and every office visit is a pleasure – beginning with the friendly staff at National Light Dental. Dr. K, as many patients call him, has a light touch that you can count on when having a cavity filled or when getting a crown. He is always happy to explain my treatment plan in terms that I can easily understand and he is the rare perfectionist. If there’s a problem with a crown, for example, it’s Dr. K who suggests that he replace the crown at little or no cost. Also, he has graciously worked me into his schedule on several occasions when I’ve had unexpected dental problems.

I’ve had two dental exams/cleanings and also got my first-ever crown done with Dr. Kirunda. He approached each exam with professionalism and confidence. He also outlined what he was going to do before beginning, which helped to put me at ease. Dr. Kirunda does not mince his words or time, but dives straight in and does an excellent job. He finished my crown in much less time than I thought it would take. I felt no pain whatsoever after both the temporary crown and the permanent crown, which was a tremendous relief. The office is cozy and clean and the front desk and Dr. Kirunda’s assistants are all friendly and professional.

I am entitled to a high end insurance premium for my teeth at my work place and was extremely disappointed when the best dentists in East Africa (schooled in the best schools in the world) just couldn’t get it right the first time. At this practice, having been encouraged by friends and fiance to visit, I neither had pain 2 hours after my root canal nor had the after math trauma. For years, I always imagined that a root canal equated to pain and pain killers for atleast a night after treatment but you dismissed this. Thank you so much. You made my visit to the states worthwhile with friendly staff (I’m fussy), a neat practice and a gentle hand. I will most definitely pass by for my reviews and ask my family to stop by for routine checks during the visits.

I was referred to Dr. Kirunda by a dentist by another dentist who performed a bone removal procedure on my gums. I made my first appointment with Dr. Kurunda in May of 2018. Dr. Kirunda did a thorough review of my entire mouth with whole mouth x-rays. We started on a journey to make my teeth healthy again. He performed various procedures to my teeth to bring me to the smile I deserved. His expertise is amazing and he is very patient and kind. I will recommend Dr. Kirunda to all my friends. Thank you Dr. Kirunda and staff in making my journey a great experience.

I FINALLY FOUND A DENTIST WHO CARES ABOUT ME AND MY SMILE. AWESOME AWESOME STAFF AND SERVICES ARE BEYOND YOUR EXPECTATIONS. I AM A NEW PATIENT AND I’M NEVER CHANGING MY SERVICES WITH DR. KIRUNDA.
